Oskoma is a new restaurant in Poznan by Adam Adamczak, chef formerly known from Concordia Taste restaurant, as well as from the 4th edition of TopChef TV show. Oskoma is all about signature chef’s menu and a cozy, family atmosphere. The standard menu, which will regularly seasonally change, includes, among others, pickled beet borscht with dumplings; John Dory on Hokkaido pumpkin puree with black risotto and lobster sauce; or ravioli with veal, pumpkin and oyster mushroom sauce with foie gras and black truffle. The restaurant also offers special menu for children.
