In a city so full of sushi bars like Warsaw, what can be your differentiator? You can offer vegan sushi. Youmiko Vegan Sushi will soon open at Hoża with this kind of offer. It is a subsidiary of Youmiko Sushi Cracow. Paweł Gnatowski – owner of shushi bar in Krakow – has developed a fully vegan sushi menu where he uses both Polish and exotic vegetables. As soon as at the end of January you will be able to eat nigiri with marinated tomato and scallions and many other varieties of vegan sushi. Magdalena Juda owns Youmiko Vegan Sushi in Warsaw.
