Jaskółka near Plac Wilsona

Zbigniew Glinka 25 February 2016

Jaskółka is a new café launched in February in Zoliborz near Plac Wilsona. White neon sign in the shape of a swallow placed behind the window attracts the gaze of passers. You can have a cup of coffee there and eat a sandwich or tart. At lunchtime, you can also come up with something more to eat – every day is different offer – e.g. a spicy chowder, roasted potatoes with leeks braised in white wine and matured cheese, beetroots cream with coconut milk and black cumin, dry waffles with the pork neck meat, mustard , cucumber and arugula.

The logo in Jaskółka’s window looks a lot like the Star Trek uniform insignia.
