Zmiana Klimatu (Climate Change) opened in February on Krucza street in the premises where 12 stolików restaurant used to be. The menu is not overly extensive. Among the starters we find, among others, snails fried in olive oil or fried langoustine. There are also salads eg. chicken liver marinated in wine with spinach leaves, pear and raspberry sauce. Main courses are divided into meat courses – including seasoned sirloin steak, beef cheeks served with elderberry – and fish and seafood courses – like e.g. bream baked in sea salt or grilled octopus. The chef is Michael Dejnecki.
