Grill Kaukaski opened yesterday in Stefanowo on Warsaw – Grójec road, approx. 20 minutes by car from the capital city. It is an open-air barbecue grill served by Diana Volokhova and Paweł Portoyan. Warsawers might already remember Paweł Portoyan from his Caucasian grill organized at Kafe Zielony Niedźwiedź on Mondays previous summer. At Grill Kaukaski in Stefanowo you can eat among others skewers of seasoned beef, lula kebab, baked lamb, Armenian bread lavash. Plans include also other Armenian specialties like basturma and cycak.
