Joseph’s Bistro & Wine opened in April on Inflancka street in Gdański Business Center. The chef here is Joseph Seeletso known from TV programs and earlier work in Centrum Wina and Joseph’s Wine Bar. The restaurant has daily changed lunch offer, and short evening menu with several appetizers (e.g. goats cheese from Kulaśnica – gherkins – rhubarb or beef cheeks – quinoa – baby carrots) and several main courses (e.g. lamb shank – beans – prunes from Łąck, duck breast – sweet potato – beetroot or beef steak – spelt – marrow). The prices of wine starts from 12 PLN per glass.
