As a starter you can have here for example Duck gizzards salad with smoked potato and raspberry dressing; Homemade brawn with gherkins and apple mustard. Special attention among new main courses is directed to rare seen at restaurants menus carp, it’s fried and served with saffron sauce and buckwheat cake.
