Varso Vie Restaurant at Plac Konstytucji has just introduced a new menu, where you will find traditional, based on seasonal vegetables Polish cuisine dishes with a modern twist. As a starter you can have here for example Duck gizzards salad with smoked potato and raspberry dressing; Homemade brawn with gherkins and apple mustard. Special attention among new main courses is directed to rare seen at restaurants menus carp, it’s fried and served with saffron sauce and buckwheat cake. The ice cream served for desserts here will cover new flavors – including carrot-ginger, maple and sage.
