Pasta Fresca is a new Italian restaurant run by the owners of La Bomboniera patisserie. The restaurant opened in mid-June in Ursynów near the Boys Meat Girls restaurant. Giancarlo Russo, Italian chef living in Poland, is responsible for the creation of the menu. You can eat there pasta prepared on the spot like e.g. taglierini with red beets and gorgonzola or green pappardelle with fresh nettle, shrimps and saffron. In addition to pasta, you can order here pizzas, salads and other Italian cuisine dishes, like e.g. cold soup made from zucchini and mint, veal in tuna sauce or grilled squid and octopus skewers.
