Pinsa opened in early June on Francuska street in Saska Kepa not far from restaurant The One launched in May. The name of the place comes from its flagship dish Pinsa, which resembles a small pizza. Pinsa has fewer calories than its more famous sister, the dough is formed on the basis of the mix of rice, wheat and soy flour and contains more water. The menu features 16 kinds of pinsas – savory, spicy and sweet (eg. with grilled octopus or with Italian bacon and prawns or with nutella, banana and coconut). You can also enjoy arancini – rice balls topped with hot stuffing (eg. with mozzarella, sauce bolognese and bechamel sauce) – and for dessert canolli.
