Fedde Bistro is a new place opened by head chef Jacek Fedde in Gdynia. It was launched two days ago. It is located in a Baltiq Plaza complex at one of the main streets of the Tri-City – Świętojańska St. The local healthy cuisine is based on regional and seasonal products treated through modern cooking techniques. You’ll find here Baltic fish – including garfish, smelt, cod roe, Kashubian fish soup with pike, homemade bread and pastries. The dishes will be quite large and are supposed to surprise with interesting flavor combinations.
