Pronto Pasta opened in early October at the Krakowskie Przedmieście street near the Copernicus monument. A small fast food bar specializes in pasta to eat on site or to take away in carton boxes. The menu is very short – we can choose one of three pastas (spaghetti, penne, fusilli) and one of seven sauces (including salmone e gorgonzola, carbonara, alfredo con pollo, bolognese). The pastas are also available as whole-wheat and gluten-free and sauces are prepared without the use of preservatives or monosodium glutamate.
