#SteakbySteak is a steaks and wines festival that is held in October and November in bars and restaurants of Sheraton, Westin and Bristol hotels. The festival has an international cast and the stars of the menu are: Argentinian tenderloin, Polish entrecote, Brazilian sirloin, Scottish t-bone and Philly Cheese sandwich of Philadelphia. The special star is a Polish aged tomahawk (due to its size this dish is recommended for two people). In the festival menu you will also find four sauces (eg. oriental green peppercorn sauce with garlic) and ten side dishes (such as eg. kale with shallots and garlic, spinach with nutmeg or baked potatoes with olive oil). For each of the dishes sommelier recommended a red wine in order to enrich the meat taste. These are wines from Poland (Srebrna Góra), United States, Australia, Spain, Portugal and Georgia.
