This weekend a new formula Films for Food makes a debut. As we mentioned before, on Saturday there will be the Polish premiere of “Noma, My Perfect Storm” film, and on Sunday Ferment at Muranow will take place. The event’s agenda covers: screening of the short film “Sandorkraut A Pickle Maker” by Emily Lobsenz and Ann Husaini, the presentation of books “The Art of Fermentation” by Sandor Ellix Katz and “Kiszonki I Fermentacje” by Aleksander Baron, fermented snacks fair, and a meeting with fermentation experts: cooks Aleksander Baron and Maciej Nowicki, author of cooking books Magdalena Tomaszewska-Bolałek and dietician Catherine Błażejewska-Stuhr.
