Water & Wine Restaurant in Drzewce near Nałęczow opens for guests in November. The place (located in the mineral water bottling plant) up till now was available only during special tasting dinners for industry, journalists and bloggers. Chef of Water & Wine is Marek Flisiński, sommelier is Piotr Kamecki. Signature’s menu is based on natural ingredients mostly from their own garden and local farms. The first evenings open to guests will take place on November 26. and December 10. 8 course tasting menu costs 320zł (450 PLN with wine pairing).
