At the November workshops parents with children under the supervision of Kuba Tomaszczyk (Junior MasterChef finalist) and Marco Ghia (chef and Italian cuisine expert) together will prepare Polish cuisine dishes. In early December Wegan Nerd will face the big challenge of Christmas without fish, meat and dairy products.
26th Nov, 11 am – Childishly simple Polish cuisine with Kuba Tomaszczyk
Family workshops during which you will learn together with your kids how to knead the dumplings, prepare Silesian roulade with sauerkraut or ribs in honey. For dessert there will be special treat loved by kids – crispy pancakes with apples. Jakub Tomaszczyk known from MasterChef Junior TV series and Marco Ghia will lead this workshop together.
3rd Dec, 11 am – Vegan Christmas with Wegan Nerd
Vegan blogger Wegan Nerd, or Alicja Rokicka, author of a book about vegan cooking, will face a vegan Christmas table. Together with the participants she will prepare beans and lentils pâté, beetroot soup with white bean, kulebiak – traditional pie with cabbage and mushrooms, potatoes Tzimmes and yeast Krantz with a date chocolate.
