New menu at WHY THAI

Thai restaurant WHY THAI food & wine present in Warsaw and Poznań has recently introduced a new menu. Except of traditonal Thai cuisine, we will find here modern interpretation of Thai dishes. The menu features among others:  lamb with Jerusalem artichoke in massaman curry, sous-vide duck breast in citrous galangal sauce, salmon ceviche in greeen sauce, sea bass green curry with cockles, mussles and turnip. New menu was created by chef Maciej Bartkowiak, Thai cook Ongart Yorthon and owner of the restaurant Michał Niemiec. New dishes were inspired by their culinary journey around Thailand and culinary courses done at Mandarin Oriental and Issaya in Bangkok.
