Bar Szawa is a bar with a Spanish cuisine, that opened in December on Lwowska street, not far from Hala Koszyki. Its logo refers to the Warsaw mermaid with a beer in one hand and a sandwich in the other. Inside you can enjoy the Spanish grilled sandwiches, among others, “Classic” with tortilla, “Our pride” with Spanish ham or “Juicy master” with bacon, cheese, eggs, braised onions, tomatoes and lettuce. Tapas lovers can order eg. classic or flavoured tortilla or grilled squid with garlic. In the menu there are also “broken eggs”, which are poached eggs on fried potatoes wedges with topping of your selection: chorizo, cod and pepper or stewed vegetables in tomato sauce. Prices of wine start at 8 PLN per glass and half-liter jar of sangria costs 15 PLN.
