A new place called Sypka Mąka has been recently opened in Ursynowie at KEN Av. The cuisine of Sypka Mąka is meant to be simple, inspired by Italian, but with reference to the Polish … This mission was undertook by a chef, Jurek Sobieniak, known among others from Pytanie na Śniadanie TV Breakfast Show. The menu features, among others, salad Sypki Cezar, soup with a magic ingredient meaning flour – such as noodles in broth; flour from water for example Jurek Pasta; starters like Crispy Toasts with Parma Ham and entrees like Meat Polish style (pork cheeks), Byle do wiosny (poached egg on salmon steak), Made in China (salmon tataki).
