The cuisine of Sypka Mąka is meant to be simple, inspired by Italian, but with reference to the Polish … This mission was undertook by a chef, Jurek Sobieniak, known among others from Pytanie na Śniadanie TV Breakfast Show. The menu features, among others, salad Sypki Cezar, soup with a magic ingredient meaning flour – such as noodles in broth; flour from water for example Jurek Pasta; starters like Crispy Toasts with Parma Ham and entrees like Meat Polish style (pork cheeks), Byle do wiosny (poached egg on salmon steak), Made in China (salmon tataki).
