The Blueberry’s Restaurant

Joanna Mróz 16 January 2017

The Blueberry’s is a new restaurant at Plac Zbawiciela. The place was opened ten days ago. At its fanpage The Blueberry’s Restaurant claims that they “strictly follow the rules of seasonality, quality of the products, Piedmontese recipes and what was said by grandmother in the kitchen.” The restaurant is Italian, with particular Piedmont touch. They prepare risotto based on Carnaroli rice from Novara in Piedmont, and serve pastas based on Piedmont linguini. The menu features, among others, Gnocchi with lamb in spicy tomatoes with mint and fresh spinach; or risotto with borlotti beans and pork.
