Za’atar is a small bar open in early January on Wspólna street, between Marszałkowska and Poznanska. Its name comes from the aromatic spice za’atar, a mixture of herbs, which is often used in Middle East cuisine. The menu is short and fit on one page. You can eat here lahmacun, or Turkish pizza (with Akkawi cheese or with za’atar and lebneh cheese or with beef with lemon). You can also order falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, lebneh, tabouleh or foul salads. They have also lentil soup.
