Foodie F 21 February 2017

A new place was opened three days ago in Kabaty. Although the brand Paladar comes from Spanish and means the palate, this restaurant is not limited Spain, it serves European cuisine. The chef here is Robert Dziesław. The first short menu features six entrees (including ceviche of pike-perch with mango and green chilli, teriine of knuckle and foie gras with marinated beets), soups (including beef consomme with meat ravioli and lovage foam), main courses (including pulled beef sausage with black pudding croquettes and parsley) and desserts (including the sphere of chocolate cheesecake). Some menu items are paired with specific cocktails (eg. raspberry tequilla is paired with beef consomme, and rum with poppy and sesame seeds is paired with roast cauliflower with kale).
