As recently reported, Naturel was closed at Royal Wilanow in Wilanów. In its place a new restaurant was opened immediately – it’s called winQiel. winQiel offers a cuisine based on Polish tradition, but with French and Italian influence. Chef here is Daniel Uliczny, who used to be responsible for the kitchen at last months of Naturel. The menu features, among others, veal thymus with cauliflower puree, champignons and walnut pesto; light soup of farmer’s chicken; beef tenderloin with goose lard, rösti with kohlrabi and shallot sauce. winQiel also has a children’s menu, which offers, among others, mini pizza with sauce of organic tomatoes and mozzarella; tagliolini with butter and Parmesan cheese.
