For the third time the event “Goût de France / Good France” will be an excuse to get acquainted with the French cuisine. The number of restaurants participating in this French gastronomy festival is growing dynamically. In the beginning of March, the French Foreign Affaires Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault announced the list of more than 2,000 restaurants that on the first day of spring, March 21, 2017 will prepare a special tasting menu inspired by French cuisine. Polish restaurateurs and chefs have again marked their strong presence – more than 150 restaurants will participate, which gave us second place in the ranking of countries (first of course belongs to France)! In Warsaw, special tasting menu will be available in 30 restaurants. Every chef proposes his own menu, but it shall be a proof of cuisine with less fat, sugar and salt and with respect to healthy nutrition and the environment.
