Batuka Originals is a small bar that opened in early February at the Ochota local market in Mołdawska street near the junction with Raclawicka. It specializes in Asian and Nepali cuisine. You can order here, among others, Nepali soups thukpa (chicken broth with noodles, chive and coriander) or jhingli (with chicken or shrimp). The menu features also jhol masu (chicken, duck or lamb curry), lady thalla (salmon curry) or kadma (pumpkin curry with caramelized sweet potato). Asian dishes are also available such as tom kha soup with chicken or shrimp, gaeng wan (green curry), chicken tikka masala or bhuna gosht (fried mutton).
