New Bistro Bibuła was opened in mid-March in South Praga. It is a combination of tradition and modernity, with a diverse menu – for hunger sufferers, vegetarians, health freaks and children. The menu includes breakfast (shakshuka, poche eggs, fit breakfast millet), mini appetizers (beet fries, roasted potatoes with tomato salsa), soups (green peas, tomato), salads (with baked beetroot, with roasted duck), something bigger (carrot fritters, home-made schabowy, Bibuła burger). There is also a children’s menu, and different lunch set (19zł) every day. You can also have a glass of wine.
