Niedaleko Damaszku opened at the end of May on the ground floor of apartment block in Pereca street with the entrance from Ciepła street. The name above the entrance is a quote from the beginning of the poem by Adam Mickiewicz, Polish poet. You can eat here vegan Middle Eastern cuisine and inscription in the window states that it is a traditional cuisine from Damascus. The falafel reigns in the menu and there are various add-ons such as hummus, vegan cheese, pickled cucumber, eggplant, pomegranate, tarrator sauce. You can also order salads such as eggplant salad, oriental, tabbouleh or fattoush. The menu features also lentil soup, Damascus hummus, or muhammara paprika dip.
