Zbig Eatz serving tex-mex dishes appeared this year on the river barge Wynurzenie. The chef is Bibenda co-founder Zbyszek Gawron, who was born and raised in the capital of Texas. You can eat here tacos with beef tongue, white radish, onion, coriander and salsa verde or vegetarian tacos – with black beans, oyster mushroom, asparagus and pico de gallo sauce. The menu features also tostados (eg with a pork shoulder marinated in citrus, black beans, crunchy vegetables and aioli habanero) and quesadillas with chicken & chipotle or with beef tongue & coriander. While drinking beer or cocktail you can order totopos, corn chips with salsas or guacamole. On the barge they have 8 taps with craft beers from the Raduga brewery.
