The Cała Jaskrawość (All the Brightness) club café opened a few weeks ago in the new pavilion buildings in Polińskiego Park in Grochów, opposite the entrance gate to the Military Medical Institute. The name of the cafe refers to the novel by Polish writer Edward Stachura, who has lived in this area for over fifteen years. Cała Jaskrawość menu features coffee, lemonade, craft beer, cakes and vegetarian dishes such as grilled open mouth sandwiches, tarts and vegan burgers made from cualiflower, mashed potatoes and roasted sunflower seeds. Lovers of cold flavours may be tempted to order craft ice cream in wafer or sorbets on stick. The cafe is run by Cezary Polak, the creator of another Prague culture café Kicia Kocia.
