COSMO Bar, the new cocktail bar of Tomasz Roehr – creator of Bar Wieczorny, was opened on Saturday in Cosmopolitan, right next to the Odette Tea Room. We announced this planned opening in August. COSMO will offer cocktails based on seasonal and Polish products. Ecology is very important here, so there will not be any citrus coming from the other end of the world or plastic straws (they will be metal ones). In the first menu you will find cocktails named Morwa, Rokitnik, Aronia, Żurawina, Jarzębina, Dąb, Pigwa, Mniszek. Apart from cocktails you can also drink here ciders (eg. Chyliczki), biodynamic wines, craft beer. Snacks menu includes cheese from Malinowa Zagroda, cold cuts and breads from Paweł Fabiś (Mąka i Woda), and even Biltong (dried beef) from Boucherie de Varsovie. The bartenders will be, among others Mateusz Szuchnik and Patryk Biadacz. There is 40 seats.
