Shiso Noodle Bar with Asian street food is located in the recently opened food hall Hala Gwardii. You can order here several types of ramen such as tonkotsu (intensive pork and poultry broth, char siu bacon and egg sous vide), vegan (kombu and shitake broth, pulled jackfruit, lotus root, tofu), wonton (delicate poultry broth, pork & shrimp wonton dumplings, prawns) or original (beef & duck broth, char siu bacon, duck sous vide, egg and a perilla). The menu also includes gyoza dumplings, brawn (jelly from the head of the piglet with coriander vinegar) or bacon bao (bacon char siu in the bao bun). Shiso is a perilla, a herb used in Asian cuisine and medicine also called Korean coriander or Japanese mint.
