Balkan tasting menu at Ruza Roza

Marta Glinka 8 November 2017

On the rainy, autumn days we are happy to come back to memories from holidays spent in South of Europe. Southern, Balkan  atmosphere can be brought to us by Ruza Roza, restaurant from Saska Kępa. The restaurant has recently introduced a tasting menu  created by its chefs – Small and Big Borys. The menu does not have to mean high prices and a variety of small dishes served in white gloves at the table. The portions in Ruza Roza are solid, and the price is moderate. The menu consists of three dishes at a price of 59 zł per person, and there are two options – fish and meat one. The meat menu starts with mezo plato, a plate of Balkan pastes served with pyrlenka, which is followed by the soup of young lamb with vegetables, and in the end, the plejivica, a pork-beef cutlet with bacon, hot pepper and smoked cheese. The fish set consists of mezo plato, spicy seafood soup and grilled mackerel. Soups and main dishes can be exchanged between sets.

Ruza Roza is a place where you can take your family. There are special kids meals, and on the weekends the animators will take care for the youngest, allowing their parents to have a normal conversation. From Monday to Friday, children up to 8 year eat for free when ordering the main course by an adult.
