The first ice cream shop serving Korean ice cream in Poland was opened in October at Nowogrodzka St. The place is called Cafe Crystal. You can eat here pastries and sandwiches, but mostt of all traditional Korean ice cream called Bingsu. Bingsu is ice cream based on milk and additives, it has a consistency of snowflakes. It is light and less fat than classic ice cream. Crystal Cafe‘s menu includes: strawberry, yoghurt, cheesecake, tiramisu, and oreo bingsu. You will find the full menu in our gallery.
