El Jefe Tapas & Grill is a new Spanish tapas bar and restaurant opened in November in Wspólna Street. The chef of the restaurant is Mariusz Ledwoch, who worked among others in restaurant ArtBistro Stalowa 52. Menu of the El Jefe starts with long list of Spanish tapas such as patatas bravas, croquetas with bull’s tail, Galician octopus or boquerones. The restaurant specializes in steaks aged in original Italian La Stagionatore fridge. We can order here different steaks such as rostbef, rib-eye, or cote de boeuf made from beef from Grzegorz Kwapniewski from Beskidzki Wypas. The menu features meat and fish main dishes, soups, salads, desserts and special menu for kids. Among main dishes we can find octopus in white wine, lamb leg, pork ribs or paella.
