Fatto a Mano is a new Italian restaurant opened last Saturday in Rydygiera Street in Żoliborz. Restaurant is located in renovated automotive repair shop, close to SAM Żoliborz. The menu of Fatto a Mano features pasta (m.in. pappardelle with shrimps, tortellini with duck and chestnuts or truffle pappardelle) and pizza from a wood fired oven (eg with octopus and nduja or Parma ham and truffle). The menu also includes Italian appetizers such as bruschetta, fish soup, carpaccio or tripes with tomatoes. Among the main dishes we can find osso buco with polenta, beef sirloin or wild halibut.
