Kanapa, restaurant serving modern, Ukrainian cuisine opened recently in Mokotów, Narbutta street. It is located in pre-war Siedlanowski villa. The owner of the restaurant is Dmytro Borysew, owner and creator of 13 different restaurant concepts in Ukraine (capital mainly) or Spain. Kanapa is a sister place of the restaurant with the same name, opened 4 years ago in Kiev. The chef of the both restaurants is Jarosław Artyukh, regional finalist of San Pellegrino Young Chef contest. The menu features among others Ukrainian borscht served in the head of cabbage, foie gras with apple jelly and pear jam, black dumplings with zander and stuffed cabbage with lamb and millet. If you want to taste more dishes during one visit, you can go for a 10 course tasting menu at the price of 129 PLN per person.
