La Chica Sandwicheria, foodtruck specializing in grilled sandwiches on Cuban bread, opened recently land-based bar in Solec. This is their second approach to land-based venue, first one was operating 4 years ago in Mokotów, Obrzeżna Street. La Chica Sandwicheria serves food inspired by streetfood of sunny Florida full of Cuban and Caribbean flavors. The menu of the new bar features nine sandwiches with homemade bread based on recipe from Cuban emigrants living in Florida with different extras such as pulled pork, grilled chorizo, mango hummus, red bean paste with peanut butter and coriander, chipotle mayo or chimichurri.
