The new restaurant Po Wiśle was opened over the Vistula river several days ago. It is located in a building at Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 43, where an apartment hotel Warsaw River View will soon be opened. The chef here is Marcin Korcz, known so far from the Warszawianka Hotel in Serock, and more recently from the Hotel La Regina. The cuisine here is meant to be a combination of Polish culinary tradition with oriental influences and technological novelties. The menu includes Spelled ravioli / roasted beet / chickpeas / fennel; Jerusalem artichoke cream / kale chips / walnut oil; Grilled perch / Beluga lentils / spinach / butter sauce / capers; or Mulard duck / green tea / creamy carrot / bok choy / sour cherry sauce.
