The Arigator Ramen Shop, announced by us in January, was opened a few days ago at Piękna Street, in the neighborhood of La Sirena The Mexican Food Cartel. The creators and owners of the place are restaurateurs Agnieszka and Stanisław Szpilowski (also La Sirena and Dziurka od Klucza) and chef Bartek Sobieraj (previously Shoku). The place does not accept reservations, offers space only at the bar, is open from 13:00 to 22:00 every day with an hour break at 16:00. The menu includes five types of ramen (Shio, Shoyu, BBQ spicy miso, Kuro, Veggy) and a few appetizers such as spinach with soy sauce and roasted garlic, kakuni bacon with plum sauce and marinated ginger or chopped shrimps with watermelon turnip, coriander and spicy oil. There are also two desserts, hot drinks, cold drinks, beer and Nikka whiskey.
