The new NOBU restaurant is located in a more than 100-year-old tenement house at Nowy Świat 66. The place has three rooms – bar room, breakfast and lunch room and restaurant room with an intimate VIP room in the cellar on -1 level. The chef here is Marcin Przytuła (previously known, among others from the Castello Restaurant and You & Me Bar). The cuisine at NOBU is based on high quality products, inspiration deriving from the French classics, and the menu is an album from various corners of the world. You will eat here, among others, marinated venison sirloin with apple mayonnaise and miso, fresh oysters, scallops carpaccio with pickled radish, mussels a’la Marinière or steaks from Polish beef from Pniewy including Bavette, Surf “n Turf with lobster or Chateaubriand. The menu also includes an octopus with black risotto, celery-ginger coulis and green stir-fry, Złotnicki pork chop with apple emulsion, cucumber salad and La Ratte potatoes, and for dessert moelleux au chocolat. The restaurant also offers a breakfast buffet and a weekly lunch menu in the form of seasonal inserts. The NOBU wine list, created in cooperation with Szymon Milonas from Wine rePublic, is a cross-section of various labels from around the world. Apart from wines, the bar offers a wide selection of strong spirits from French absinthe, through Basque vodka to New Zealand gin.
