The vegan part of Warsaw has another reason to be happy. Literally three days ago, Wegeneracja was opened at Domaniewska St. The bistro is known for its vegan dishes served so far in Otwock. The menu includes soups (including Ukrainian borscht, oyster mushroom tripe), burgers (including Jamie – with quinoa, black beans and dried tomato paste, Beetroot – with beetroot, millet and grain), main courses (including a ‘Kaczka Dziwaczka’ duck – marinated soybeans with apples and marjoram; Chili sin carne; zucchini bigos with baked tofu) and cakes (including banoffee pie).
