Paris Minuit – finalist of last year’s edition of Warsaw Pyza – foodtruck focused on French crepes, a few days ago found its more stationary location. In addition to the foodtruck, Paris Minuit now has a small bus station parked at 30 Francuska St. You can eat here as many as twelve sweet crepes and nine savory ones, including five vegetarian options. Pancakes are made of flour imported from Brittany and of eggs from free range hens. You can choose from Buckwheat and wheat dough. The menu features pancakes with vanilla cream cheese and strawberries; with homemade chocolate and roasted almonds; with cheese, ham and eggs; with goat cheese, strawberries, grapes, lettuce and arugula.
