New restaurant Kuchnia Żoliborz opened in October at Rydygiera Street in Żoliborz. The chef of the restaurant is Sebastian Czyż, who gained experience in London and Scandinavia, where he cooked in restaurants with a Michelin star. We will eat here among others pęczotto with goat cheese, chanterelles and plum, halibut with fennel, veal tenderloin, foie gras and scallops. The menu also includes pizza (e.g. pizza with black pudding or beetroot and goat cheese) or burgers (made of beef or vege – carrot). On weekends, the restaurant organizes special animations for children.
