Szklarnia is a new vegetarian and vegan restaurant recently opened in Sadyba in the former venue of Scandinavian restaurant Nabo. The restaurant menu is based on seasonal products from local suppliers. We will eat here gazpacho, shakshouka with egg, lettuce with burrata, burrata in romanesco sauce. The menu also includes tofu teriyaki, tofu burger, baked eggplant or cauliflower steak marinated in harissa.
