The Art of Serving Beer – Certified Bars in Warsaw

Joanna Mróz 22 August 2013

It might seem that beer, no matter how served, always tastes the same. It’s not true. A lot depends on how the bartender will serve your beer. The real art is pouring it perfectly. The Art of Serving Beer is a program created by the Żywiec Group, aiming at selecting places where the beer is perfectly served. Seven steps are key for this program. They include among others: choosing the right glasses, pouring the beer at 45 degree and creating the right level of foam. Under this program, places which meet the highest standards are awarded with a special Certificate of Quality. In Warsaw, the certificate has been granted to 15 places so far. Among them you will find hotel pubs, student clubs, entertainment centers, family restaurants, football fans bars and oriental atmosphere places. On the map below you can find all of them. They have one thing in common – they mastered the art of serving beer. Among others you will find Warsaw pubs with long tradition such as  Zielona Gęś, Jimmy Bradley’s, student clubs (Medyk, Remont, Pub Student)  and hotel bars. If you want to check where is the nearest certified bar, see our map  of bars with Certificate of Quality.
