Chëcz Kaszëbskô is a new restaurant opened in January just at the junction of Ursynów, Mokotów and Wilanów districts. The restaurant is located in a freestanding bulding near the intersection of Aleja Wilanowska and Dolina Służewiecka. The restaurant serves traditional Polish cuisine from Kashubian region. The menu features many fish dishes, including: herring tartare, toasted herring in vinegar, salad with smoked cod and cucumber noodles, parsley flounder and eel cooked in a dark beer. As for the meat and poultry we can eat here e.g.: a quarter of geese, rib-eye steak, pork knuckle Kashubian style or “szmurowane miaso” – roast ham with cumin and onion.
