DEMO by Marcin Jablonski is another reason to visit BioBazar market at Żelazna street. This small place opened at the beginning of April and is part of the recently built market hall. We can get acquainted there with chef’s cuisine – he participated in the third edition of Top Chef TV show. The menu written on large sheets of paper is mostly focusing on breakfasts and lunches (salads, soup and few main courses). Dishes are prepared with ingredients available at the BioBazar exhibitors.
