A new Culinary Studio Smolna 8 was established on the 19. floor of the building at Smolna St. The owner of the studio is Gieno Mientkiewicz, the discoverer of Polish cheeses. Smolna 8 organizes culinary workshops, various events, alcohol tastings, culinary demonstrations. It is also – because of its impressive view of Warsaw – a place for a photo sessions or a view point for guests. The close plans include workshops “Cheese in the kitchen” by Gieno Mientkiewicza (June 24) and “All you would like to try, but are afraid” by Aleksander Baron (25 June).
