Trawisz restaurant opened in the second half of June at Mokotowska street, near AleWino winery and Koty za płoty café. Marta Czernicka, known from the third edition of Hell’s Kitchen reality show, is chef there. The restaurant specializes in modern Polish cuisine, but the menu features also chef’s versions of international cuisine courses. You may order, among others, beef tartare with pigweed, dumplings with broad beans and sage, Thai soup with zucchini noodles and chicken, roast turkey sous vide, plaice on the colored julienne of fresh vegetables or crunchy celery in nori on skewered polenta.
