Every Friday and Saturday until the end of August you can check the new pop-up restaurant project (another after Pop Up Ferment organised in the spring). MOD pop-up is a temporary restaurant of Hamid Trisno, the owner and chef of MOD. He is cooking its signed French-Asian cuisine in the old Norblin factory interiors. Menu is based on the products from Bio-Bazar and is changed every week. You can eat here dishes that are not available in MOD such as scallops in lemon-orange sauce with coriander and watermelon, sardines with young potatoes, smoked bacon, fennel and chilli aioli or tomatoes with truffle powder. Natural French wines from Alterwina are available there.
