Inny Wymiar restaurant opened in the second half of October on Świętokrzyska street in the premises Lokal 14. Filip Kosiń is the chef there (previously he worked among others in Tamka 43 or Lokal 14). The menu features such dishes as e.g. duck, rabbit and beef broth, coulibiac with borscht, herring with sturgeon caviar, roasted cauliflower salad, podpłomyk (flat bread) with smoked bacon, onion, sour cream, pickled cucumber and egg, dumplings with brown champignons, spinach and Frontiera Jersey Blue cheese, bone-in pork chops with duck egg and potato salad, or wild boar stew in red wine.
